This is a permanent/open ended position for 37 hours per week.
We are looking to recruit a professionally qualified Town Planner to lead one of our two Area Development Management Teams.
The role will involve managing a team of Development Management Officers, determining delegated planning applications, dealing with major planning applications and providing statutory pre-application advice.
You will be educated to degree, or equivalent level, in a relevant subject and a Chartered member of the RTPI, with relevant post qualification experience within the planning profession and up to date knowledge of current planning legislation and case law.
